I would like to compliment one of your employees - Viniccio, who works in the Bath/Plumbing Dept. at the Castlefield store. I spoke with him when I was ordering a bathroom vanity online. He was really helpful and even made sure the tap I had fitted the vanity. When we found it didn't, he quickly suggested a replacement and it was on sale! He gave me his cell phone no. and made sure he was there to personally deliver the vanity and tap when I went to pick them up. Excellent service!! I have recommended him and Lowe's to friends since. Thank you.
