I requested a product at the deli counter. The person serving argued with me that they didn't have it - it was in front of me. He didn't know the price/100 gm, said he'd know after he weighed it - a bit late at that point. Sliced 1/3 more than I requested, and forgot to put a price on it. I approached the (assistant?) manager, who didn't even listen to my comment that they needed training. She was rude & dismissive & ranted about employee issues

When into Metro at 4pm and ordered the chicken meal special and was told 10 minutes an hour later the chicken was ready, the old white haired lady started shouting at 10 of us waiting ,the wedges were going to be another half and hour .I said to her , why aren't you guys ready? it is on special! she yell at me and said no it is not ! the guy beside me tried to show her the flyer and turned her head !very very disorganized !! I will never go there

The Staff in Trenton Metro,are amazing during this awful time,they sanitise all carts,they need A BIG THANK YOU.
