I arrived for my covid booster appointment . There was confusion and the young male pharmacist rudely told me my appointment was worthless and I'd have to wait an extra 20+ minutes. Prior experiences with this store were also disappointing as they rarely have what I need in stock. Won't be going back.

Picked up a Rx for Ramipril 2.5 mg.orange and white capsules. .opened the bottle at home and discovered 5mg red n white capsules Called the rexall and they expressed no concern with this error.. Casually responded to just return medication for refill of 2.5 mg capsules??? No accountability.. This pharmacy has been questionable for many years...I could go on... Be your own safety net...check everything out of this pharmacy.
