Its unfortunate that I have to leave such a poor review but this is the worst store I've ever been in.The staff is less than useless and in particular the man behind the order is totally detached and completely unprofessional when it comes to assisting customers. Don't waste your time at this location. The other building centers in North Bay appreciate your business and will gladly assist you in a professional manner. Less than 1 star if possible
