It was a very bad experience doing an exchange of what I bought from 2 days ago. I never experienced a demeaning experiencing in my whole life. I hope this lady will build some customer service skills. I even told the lady why did she have that attitude to me when I am a full paying customer. Hope she doesn't look down to other customer the way she did to me. Very bad experience.

The sales associate at the Society store told me that I'm the inly one that has ever made a big deal about a cent. She told me this after I complained that I should not pay $5 for a top that was marked on the rack for $4.99. Apparently the cash register does not allow for $4,99 to be entered in the system. So, that would mean that I would be out 5 cents as I had bought 3 of the $4.99 tops. That might not seem to be much to make a big deal over, but why advertise something for $4,99 when the store knows the price at the cash is $5? Why not just mark the price on the rack as $5? I feel that Society is the one that is making a big deal about a cent. The cents are adding up in Society's favour.
