Wedding band, purchased at Spence, went in for resizing. Ring went in with smooth edges, nicely buffed, never worn. Came back with sharp edges and discoloured. Returned it with my husbands band asking them to return my ring to the same look and feel as my husbands. Gave them 1 1/2 weeks. 5 days in they told me to come pick up my ring and bring it back after the wedding.
