Please avoid this store as the sales manager is extremely arrogant and rude and thinks he knows everything. Went to purchase 2 kitchen chairs, however one tag was incorrect, I saw the error, made the sales associate aware who went to his *Manager* he returns and says we aren’t suppose to do this but we will honour the error and sell it for that price!! *Are not suppose to do this* now as a customer and a former retail employee I know you need to honour this error and also adjust another 10$ off the ticket price as per the Quebec pricing policy, this is where everything went south real quick, the sales manager came out of his office and began telling me i am wrong this is not the bricks policy, my response was I know it’s a Quebec policy he refused numerous times to provide me his business card, when he finally did he had the nerve to ask me if I was happy now that I have it!! Over all , this so called manager needs some education in to the Quebec policies for the consumer rights and maybe so customer service classes, I’ve never felt so disrespected as a customer. I made it a point to stand my ground even if it was 10$, at this point it was to prove a point rather than save a buck!! However, Simon the regional director for the brick was awesome and completely understanding of the situation and told me that this issue will be dealt with. Store experience horrible however the problem resolution was amazing, thanks to Simon!! Matt
