Do NOT take your business to this store. I was charged $54.55 to send a package to the US. The package had Fragile Handle With Care written all over it. UPS mishandled the package and damaged the items inside. The employees at this UPS Store have no clue on how to deal with damaged items. Since the package was shipped from the UPS Store according to UPS they are considered the shippers and have to make the damage claim, yet the Store employees keep sending me back to UPSand it is a vicious circle. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and my next step will have to be small claims court to recover my shipping costs and the value of my damaged items. Save yourself the trouble and the run-around and ship your packages with any courier other than this UPS Store. Avoid at alecosts or you will end up with damaged goods and no one who will take responsibility.
