This place is laughable and COMPLETELY unprofessional. It used to be a solid service provider until another franchisee took it over. I went in to drop off packages to be shipped. The guy was sitting at a desk five feet from the counter and told me to leave the package he would scan it in later. I explained I needed a tracking number - he said he was "very much tired" and would do it later. I left laughing at the absurdity.
