Moe, owner, placed a fragile pottery item in a sturdy box, placed a foam on the bottom of the box, placed a foam on the top of the box. The box was filled with popcorns. The fragile pottery item was not at all wrapped. No bubble wrapping, no foam wrapping. Nothing. He did loosely place a small sheet of small bubbles wrap on the item. Item arrived shattered in several pieces. Moe refunded pack and ship cost. But did not pay for broken item.
