The service is fast, and the people are very personable, polite and helpful. the store is clean and I did not have to wait for service. I had copies made and the copy paper is quality. I highly recommend this store thanks

Awesome place to take baby's passport photographs. The staff are very patient and friendly. Good services is guaranteed.

Service is very bad : we paid fully the charge of 8 photos for 4 people but the quality was so bad that our application documents were rejected . And when we informed the matter the staff asked for writing notice that passport Canada did not provided as they called us by phone . Recommendation : UNRELIABLE SERVICE , WASTE TIME & MONEY

We brought a package that had to go from Ottawa to Vancouver Island and when we brought the product to the UPS on Saint Laurent they said it would be delivered the next day. Instead of being delivered the next day it took six days. We spoke to head office and they said we should deal with the store and get a refund. We tried and they kept saying we would definitely get a refund but now they aren’t even answering her calls. Never use them.
