This location has forgotten the meaning of basic customer service. Trying to complete a shipment using a prepaid label was very unpleasant, unnecessarily complicated, and costly! They do not disclose that they will charge you for printing a shipping label until after you're done. A $4 charge is ridiculous and not telling people upfront is unacceptable. This place gives UPS a bad name.
