I have waited 3 weeks for glasses.Was told they don't know where glasses are .They gave me fedex tracking # which is saying been in missisauga 3 days .Called vision center in bolton ont a left 3 messages .No call back.can u please help me Thank you .Deborah

I purchased 2 pair of eye glasses in Kingston with the amazing help from Chanal the Manager. She was extremely helpful and honest and patient. My prescription was incorrect from my eye doctor and although I had picked them up Walmart redid the lenses for free when I got the proper prescription. I have told many eye wearing friends and family of how I was impressed by her kindness and taste. She chose one of the two pair and they suit my personality and she picked up on that almost immediately. I plan on going back and hopefully she'll still be there in a year! Thank You

We supposed at the vision center (Walmart kelowna) and asked about repairing my daughters glasses. The lady working there was unbelievably rude! She scolded my daughter saying how “irresponsible” she was, reminded me that’s there’s a pandemic, then assured me she’d fix them this once only. Umm you’ll never touch anything of ours again! I’ll never order there again, I’ll switch eye doctors now, I am done! I don’t need her telling me how to parent my child, I appreciate there’s a virus but a simple no would have worked! Thankfully, Walmart vision center in west bank helped us and fixed the frames. The lady there was beyond helpful and so kind! I’ll be a west bank customer from here on in.. that lady in Kelowna was awful :(
