I wasted at least 12 to 15 hours waiting for a parcel which never arrived yet . UPS responded to tracking questions but completely absurd answers were given, mainly because they stated parcel had been shipped when it did not . Finally, although it was specified that it should be DELIVERED ( i paid 12 $ extra for that ), they answered that I could pick it up at their local office . We are not ready to pick-up a 10 kg parcel . Phone is always busy
