I was in Freedom today to switch my phone plan. Ivan was great, he knew what he was doing. Had some hiccups with Telus as my phone was locked, so had to call Telus to manually port it. Got it done, saving about $60/month for 2 phones on this plan compared to Telus. This store needs to have some seating as this does take some time to go thru the process and it could be difficult for people waiting and having to stand. Manager is also awesome.
