In early August I received a bill which I believed to be about $300 to much. It was very difficult to talk in person with a customer seervice repressentativ, but the first one was very courteous and helpful and gave a discount but seems not to have fully understood the problem. After much difficult i was able to talk with another representative. She took a long iime to check into my concerns. In the end I was very very sagisfied with the results.

I was looking to switch from bell to Koodo, until I had the most unpleasantful experience with a customer service rep. I have ever had. Ashley was rude, impatient, and an earful of dis tasteful comments I have no respect for companies that allow there employees to do anything but treat their customers right all the time
