Awful service. I love Koodo but the store in Jackson Square is awful. They tell you one thing and do another..do not even know the products and what they do and you can't look at how the phone works turned on unless you BUY IT. Was told to go to one of the other phone stores in the mall to see how it works. Unimpressed. Go to Limeridge mall Koodo if you want service and to see how a phone works before buying it. Seriously I am shocked at how bad Jackson Square Koodo customer service is..I should have never went back to that location.
