Went to change my SIM card and was dealing with technical difficulties with the Self Serve options, called and still wasn't able to get it working after 2 call backs. Went back to Westmount store and within minutes Nazha had the new phone working. She is very helpful and friendly and I'd recommend anyone to her for quick and efficient assistance.
