I am so happy with how the they manage Telemedicine Care. The process was so efficient, and I spoke with the Doctor same day. The staff were so helpful and patient with all my questions. I wasn’t expecting such an excellent service.

Very unhappy with the patient experience here during COVID. After registering for a phone call, I called the clinic to confirm that I registered properly (they do not send any confirmation) - was told I did. Never received a call. I call back the next day to inquire - they tell me I did not register properly, asked me to re-register and the doctor would call me today. I ended up received a call, was asked to provide some follow up information and that he would call me back later on - never received a call back. Now they are closed for the holidays. I would advise people to go elsewhere if you are looking for prompt medical care and good communication. This clinic seems overwhelmed with virtual visits or they just do not care to communicate with their patients.
