I have been taking fascia stretch sessions from Rola Elbayrakdar. After my first session I was hooked. The stretching is customized to your personally and when you leave you feel completely relaxed. She followed up with me with a phone call to see how I was doing a great touch. I used to go to a chiropractor however I finds this works for me.
