Bad experience there... September 27th. 2020 around 1PM. I went there to buy some shampoos and detergent. When I arrived to the automatic checkout, a "security guard" (looking like a south asian or hispanic man), interrupted me and said "lady you opened that box (a perfume or something) you have to pay for it." And I said "it wasn't me, I didn't touch that". Then he said "I saw you with my own eyes and we had you on the video surveillance". Confused, I told him "show me the video !". He called a colleague who said "it wasn't me I don't know ask her". He called someone else and I said " What happened ? Did I touched the box with my bag and it fell down and it is broken, so I have to pay for it ?", he replied "No you took it with your hands and opened it then you put it back, I saw you !", I replied "that's bullshit man". Anyway his colleague (a lady) came and he told her "Tell her ! Tell her you saw her do it !!", and I cutted him and asked her "So you are saying that you saw me open that box ?" And she looked at me, then she avoided looking at me and kept saying "Ma'am if you opened that box it is item deterioration so you have to pay". I said "Is it because I am black ?!!! OK show me the video because I didn't do it ! I just came here to buy shampoos and I don't know where this box can be found in the shop !!". Finally those dumb ass*s said ",we drop it for this time... Ma'am next time you opened an item you pay for it". I said "Show me the video". They went away. I only went there to buy shampoos and detergents and looked what happened to me, the man saw that I was the only black person there so he targeted me !! That security guard is a LIAR and a RACIST, don't go there because he wasn't able to watch the shop correctly so he is accusing black people or people that look poor of item deterioration (opening item). He lied because he had no proof against me, he invented that story about a video and what he assumed he saw with his own eyes..... Unbelievable. He is a liar !! In another country I may have been in a bad and sad situation right now for a crime that I didn't commit because of this guy telling lies instead of doing his job properly, he is looking for someone to pay for the benefit he lost because he didn't do his job properly. Be aware and don't let this kind of people accuse you for a thing you didn't do !!

I bought makeup from Lancome for $85.00, because it was seniors day. I asked her for a sample, and she gave me Genifique Yeux, which is magnificent for under eye black and blue skin. She should be a manager.
