Rona has worst customer service. No wonder this company was sold. To American giant warehouse business called Lowe’s. Rudest staff on duty! Was it legal to deduct $50.00 cash from my return of Koehler vanity top because I lost original receipt when I attempted to return this same Koehler vanity in Rona St Catharines. Store which sold any product should have sale history & not charge $50 fee for missing sale invoice. Thief. Will contact lawyer
