Was at your Dartmouth Crossing, novaScotia store today and the customer service we received was horrible. The customer service lady was very rude, sarcastic and brusque, not a very pleasant shopping experience for us. We would have purchased more but couldn’t wait to leave the store and unfortunately will not it be back if she is working. Have always enjoyed shopping here in the past and have had great customer service, this was so disappointing.

I purchased a top from a London Ontario Alia/tan jay store. I wore it once. After s couple of hours it had worn marks on the front and little pulls. I had done nothing except west it for an afternoon of visiting. I returned to the store and the sales person would only say she could do nothing since it had been worn. That is not standing behind your product!! I am very disappointed and will be sharing this story with friends and family!!

I drove an hour to get to the store in Grand Falls. I brought a friend in with me. We were treated so well by the ladies working in the store. They are all so sweet and helpful and honest . Thank you ładies and we'll be back.

I few weeks ago I contacted the nearest Tan Jay in Grand Falls Nl . The store is over an hour's drive away. I was looking for a particular top that I had seen in another store but it wasn't the correct size. A girl named Sarah answered the phone. They didn't have the top in the store but she helped me through on my I pad . I ordered the top with help and I have it now. She was so sweet and patient with me. Having people like her working for you is definitely good for business. Thank you Sarah and thank you Tan Jay.

I called grand falls Nl tan jay yesterday to enquire about a top. Unfortunately I don't remember the workers name. I couldn't believe the help she gave me . I am not computer savy . She helped me through the steps to find the top I wanted and ordered it for me. I kept making mistakes and she stayed with me. She should get employee of the year. . Thank you so much.

Your Northgate Mall store employees and Manager should all take a lesson from a lady named Katerina at Southland Mall Alia/Tan Jay store. Service above and beyond and cheerful to boot. Northgate people look like they don’t want to be there and no customer service to speak of. I absolutely love love love tan jay pants and will continue to shop but not at the store in my end if city.
