The Baskin Robbins store in my neighbourhood charges almost $ 1.50 more for a single cone than the store in DDO. Are the franchises allowed to set their own price?
Pralines and Cream Pre Packed had no Caramel | by Jackie on May 15, 2019
I recently bought a pralines and cream pre packed ice cream from Cachet, in Markham Ontario. I was disappointed that the ice cream had no caramel in it. I complained to the store and to head office and was disappointed that Baskin Robbins would not give me another pre packed ice cream to replace the one that had no caramel. I was only offered a free scoop from the store. SHAME ON BASKIN ROBBINS FOR NOT CARING ABOUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
