Coat looks nothing like the picture, it is supposed to be a textured coat and the one that came was like cheap felt you woubuy at a dollar store.

Went to get my daughters ears pierced today but turned around after rudeness from staff member. She was the eldest employee there and the worst...not the best role models for the younger girls that work there. Never again!

I visit at Breamlay city,Brampton. i like to get some clearance item,but there girl Roijree name, she is very rude or disrespectful. you need some experience staff.even when you get $2 item it's not free.
