We would like to express our gratitude to Lea and Angie for the support they gave both my wife and I in the purchase of several watches and jewelry we purchased this week. They explained the set up in store, on the phone and took the time to make sure we knew what we were doing. Both were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. This was a great experience and definitely one you do not get everywhere. Thank you so much. We will be back.

Bought a hybrid smart watch. Had it replace 2 times because it was defective. They replaced my battery, it still says its low and need replacing and they tell me to wait and it will go away. Watch died 3 days later and they tell me it must have been a defective battery. I believed them the first time but after 3 times. Worst part of it all is the store manager did it the last time. I'll never buy another product from the guildford mall location again.
