Our family loves popeye’s chicken and we’re always purchasing it at your location in Portage La Prairie. The food is good but the service is not so. The last one was they suggested the pies to us and it was included in the receipt but upon reaching home to eat unfortunately the pies weren’t included in the bag. Then just today, it happened again, my wife ordered via drive thru. She ordered ghost pepper wings (10) and regular wings (10). My wife requested honey mustard & bbq dip to go along with the wings. Unfortunately it happened again that those dips weren’t included. I’ve made calls for those incidents to give them feedback about their carelessness and I am not happy with their response to us. I hope the management can also do something regarding this predicament .
