Is there an option for -5 star review? My husband just returned from a haircut from this salon and I am appaled at the complete disregard of customer service at this location!!! Not only did the stylist complain about having to cut my husband's type of hair (thick/curly) she then proceeded to rant about how miserable our lives were going to be when she found out we are expecting twins. Shame on you! How DARE you! Ever heard of good customer service? You have not achieved this. Realize that when you are being paid for a service and you need to shut your mouth and keep your opinions to yourself!
