Erica at the Niagara Falls Canada store made my day. I was shopping for products for my 12 year old granddaughter. She is having her dance recital and had a list of beauty accessories she needed. Erica guided me with great advice while keeping the price point in mind. I am not familiar with Fake Eyelashes or Har Gel but Erica walked me through each purchase and we completed all the purchases in less than 20 minutes. My granddaughter was thrilled.

our local store here in Bathurst NB sucks at customer service --- unreal when you cant obtain product due to lack of stock to be told price match at later date whenever in than told impossible to allow sale deal price and not offered even manager name to try and rectify situation -- this place locally here is for the dumps .... dont make customers feel valuable nor appreciated -- guess they dont need the sales and money but I am going to contact customer service hotline as this is unreal retail business and management

This is by far the best location I have ever been too. Safety first for these ladies always thinking of others, I walk into this location and immediately feel Like I am part of a family, so patient and kind and they always Remember me, every member of this teams shines they are amazing
