I checked in for Aurora, Ontario location on Monday, November 06, 2017 at 9:00 am and was first in the line. When came over there two barbers were busy and told me to wait for couple minutes. I was waiting for 20 minutes and barbers were working very low and made conversations with their customers. So, I left that location and went to another one (not great clips) and got the service in two minutes.
