Terra Foodmart in Canada - Locations, Hours, Flyers

This is a grocery store we frequent since its opening so I switched to it from T&T due to distance to my home. My husband doesn't like it due to their rude attitude in return and I never had bad experience before so I continue to use them because of good diversity and regular promotion. Two weeks ago I was totally pissed off at this store and decide not to shop here any more. I bought a steam break roll with onions, to eat best before within 10 days. I went to home after shopping (15min. drive) and put it directly into fridge. In day 6 I took it out and found mold growing on the bread in the sealed package and called Terra for return and exchange. The supervisor, Mr. Chi, refused and finger pointing to me for storage and to hot weather. You have an Exchange within 7 days of sale with receipt you give a damn about. The product, still well before best before date has a quality issue, may arising from production or your storage and you just blame customer and refuse to take responsibility! Since you don't care so I will just switch to Famijoy and other stores like Walmart when many grocery stores begin to have more Chinese vegetable and ingredients to choose from.
