$110 paid for a shipment to get to me and promised 4 times on calls for delivery, Now 4 days later it's delayed yet again!!! I tried to file a formal complaint about this and UPS says the email address for customer service is not monitored or even read. what a bullshit company here. Where did our customer service go?? The store is less than a mile from my residence and they cannot uphold their end and again $110 for this shipment to get here for MY Customer!!!!!!!! what a joke, and NEVER again do I use UPS NOT reliable and totally lying on the phone when you call in. 4 Days I called and all 4 days they say its going to be here on that day. WELL, it's now Friday and they don't even work at all on the weekends. WTF is that? I do, my Customers do, why charge that much to guarantee delivery. Going to the BBB on this one.

I have called and called and called the Chatham UPS and I think the phone must be off the hook .I have tried many different times of the day and week but always busy. How the hell are you supposed to find any damn help when needed. Not helpful at all
