Leaving a note to say a BIG thank you to Shelly, for your great and excellent service. When my expensive item arrived damaged, I was devastated! I've paid my insurance but not always every case will be paid out. It depends who is doing the fighting. I'm glad I have found the right UPS store and Shelly was there for me from the beginning to the end. If you are looking for the right store to ship something important, you can count on Shelly! She has that excellent customer service and the right attitude that you so looking for, she has your back! Thanks again Shelly! Jimmy
