I want to bring attention and request some action regarding an incident that occurred on Thursday July 4th at one of your stores located in Erin Mills mall. My family was in the store looking to purchase some toys and when my 2 year old son picked one up that he liked, the lone employee that was working at the time came and grabbed it away from him. This of course made him cry and we were left wondering why. There was no reason for the guy's action, especially if we were there with our child. It was around 7pm when the incident occurred. Something must be done because at the moment the only explanation for his behaviour is racial descrimination. In my 10 years living in Canada from Iraq this has been my first incident like this and quite frankly it is angering, but most of all disappointing that things like this occurs.
