I tried to buy a door--naturally I need to consult with someone I can't pick it off a shelf. I was met with defensiveness (from a "manager") and then arrogance (from a dept. employee). I hope merging with Rona improves this lot of lazy, desolate employees in suburban nowhere on the Danforth--surely the ugliest strip mall in the city after the Galleria--and they're tearing IT down.
