I needed a new cell phone because of 5G. I originally took home a Samsung from Best Buy since I had owned two previously. I am a senior with a low level of needs for a cell phone and it was far too complicated for me. Jake, a service employee, answered all of my questions patiently and completely and helped me choose a different one at a good price. He deserves a raise!
