Recently ordered from this store and cost us over 6$ per drink make out of sugar water with artificial flavours. I was standing there watching them making it and did not see them using any fresh mangoes or apples. They dispensed the drink from the machines and added powder from their work stations. It was clearly not freshly squeezed as advertised. I questioned the woman who I picked up my drinks from and she claimed that all drinks were from freshly squeezed fruits. I have purchased drinks from Booster Juice and many other places, they make them from real fruits. May have added other ingredients to enhance the drinks but clearly are mostly fresh fruits. We don't mind the price if they are using fresh fruits.However, definitely there were no evidence of fresh fruits in our drinks. I told the woman, this is false advertising. Today I went to another Freshly Squeezed location at the Richmond McArthur outlet and received my freshly squeezed organ and blueberry drinks.Paying the same prices, again 5 drinks, came with fresh fruits. I don't know if you are the same franchisee ,but I 'm telling you,your products are not the same quality that I have today. I hope your Franchisor can seriously looking into this dishonest practice. So disappointed.
