Non existent customer service at the Metrotown location. They say they’ll give you a full refund and make you not try on the item in the store and when you bring it back they claim that it’s been used and that they can only give you an exchange or store credit. Why give store credit or exchange if you actually believe the item has been used? Sounds like they just don’t want to give you your money back. That’s a scam!
