its pretty coincidental that after I spoke to Julie Betts this morning describing the appalling treatment I received at the Upper Canada location, hours later there are all these "positive" reviews. Damage control?? Perhaps by offering gift cards, you were able to get friends, family or whomever to write you these bogus reviews . The manager pretty much dismissed what i had to say about my bad experience. Hopefully Corporate will intervene and offer proper training to these employees/contractors or clean shop. So unprofessional, I will never shop at this location again. Very Disappointed, would give 0 stars if i could
