Paid money for dry cleaning of 2 winter jackets. One jacket now has a discolourations. The Cloverdale location and the Corporation trying to avoid paying for damaged item and refund for cleaning , saying they sent it to re- clean. Now, it’s almost 4 months in re-cleaning. No customer service with 0 responsibilities. They offered to take the discoloured jacket and clean it somewhere else.
