The quality of the merchandise is excellent. I purchased a variety of clothes from the companies website and there was no issue with delivery. I purchased some items for my nephew for Christmas and the items never showed up. I called the customer service department and they wanted me to re-order the products again while they did a investigation on the whereabouts of my order. I never did. RW & co has not yet returned my calls or answered any of my concerns. Very bad customer service
