Since they moved to Uptown the service has been, most of the time, dismal. There often is only one teller on and a maximum of 2 tellers. At times, I wait for at more than half an hour to be served. People walk out because they cannot be served in time. They have had a sign asking for suggestions on how to improve the service they offer. They seem oblivious of the very obvious...more tellers are needed. We do not plan on renewing our mortgage with them. Scotiabank upstairs in the same mall bend backwards to make sure waiting is always at a most minimal.
