Toilet paper is a bulk-purchase essential that sees significant promotional activity. A 12-double or 18-regular roll pack of Royale, Cashmere or Charmin typically retails for $12–$20; flyer deals bring it to $7.99–$11.99. Costco's store brand Kirkland offers the best per-sheet value with no coupon needed. Drug chains like Shoppers Drug Mart and Rexall run strong TP promotions on Optimum/Be Well bonus point events.
